Remodeling Project
Our remodeling the project has reached the stage of fine tuning. We are now in the process of tracking down a few leaks that our new roof has presented us with. We are also continuing to raise money for a central heating/cooling system and a sprinkler system.
The central heating and cooling system will enable us to cool the main house with-out using the current window cooling units, this should save us some operating cost because central air is more energy efficient.
The sprinkler system is needed for the safety of our residents. At this time we have fire extinguishers placed through out the house; we have been grandfathered in under building codes, which allows us to operate with-out a built in sprinkler system. However, we would like to be able to provide the best protection possible for our residents.
You can donate to our capital gains campaign by donations to the Manna House attention Sam Fann Program Director. We are in the process of creating a PayPal account that will allow our donors to contribute directly from our website.
